Solar Sales Specialists help homeowners learn about renewable energy and walk them through their switch to clean energy while saving money. The primary task of Solar Sales Specialist is to close company leads by gathering basic information. Appointment setter position primary task is to generate leads. This information is to create a report for homeowners to analyze.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable transportation
• Driver’s license
• Reliable smartphone
• Laptop or tablet
• Door-to-door experience: 2 years (required for appointment setter)
• Sales experience: 2 years of SOLAR sales experience (required for company leads)
• Customer service experience: 2 years
• Have great communication skills
• Have a positive attitude
• Have an eagerness to learn
• Have a goal-oriented mentality
